Implementer's Draft Vote
              We failed to reach quorum by a few votes in the original voting period
              The process allows for solicitation of additional votes
              Mike had Nov Matake extend the voting period until this upcoming weekend
              Mike sent a few reminders yesterday
              We have now reached quorum

Voting Process
              Nat suggested that we have Nov send an additional reminder a week before voting closes
              Better to do that than change the IPR process
              Mike will ask Nov to add that

Christiaan Brand's request for a "pop" AMR value
              As opposed to "swk" or "hwk", which are distinct
              John Bradley was in the discussion and agreed that we should do this
              Mike will add this and a corresponding ACR value after we publish the Implementer's Draft
