We did publish the updated Token Binding draft
              https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-token-bound-authentication-1_0-04.html

Brian: We could take this to Implementer's Draft
Brian: We could possibly also take the ACR Values draft to Implementer's Draft

The participants believe we should do this for both drafts
              Working group members are asked to comment on this tentative decision by 21-Feb-19
              We will then proceed to schedule Implementer's Draft votes then unless objections are heard
