Mike merged Brian's PR updating the Token Binding references
We will publish a new version incorporating those edits

There was a last call for TLS 1.3 Token Binding in the IETF
              That should progress by the Prague IETF
              John will check on the status
              It may need a shepherd write-up
              The TTRP draft also needs a shepherd write-up

There hasn't been new feedback on the ACR Values draft
