Implementer's Drafts
              Bjorn asked what the plan is to move both specs to Implementer's Draft status
              GSMA is adding Token Binding to mobile connect
                           They will reference Implementer's Drafts rather than copying the text
              It's possible that the GSMA will produce a spec on how to support FIDO in Mobile Connect
                           This would use the ACR spec
              We should hold Implementer's Draft votes soon
