[OpenID-specs-EAP] Regrets for tomorrow's call

I've got some conflicts with some personal stuff that needs to be attended
to and unfortunately won't be able to join the 8/16 call.

I didn't have anything to discuss as far as the specification drafts are
concerned.

However, there is the somewhat recent "Intent to Remove: Token Binding
<https://groups.google.com/a/chromium.org/forum/#!topic/blink-dev/OkdLUyYmY1E>"
from Chrome/Chromium that folks on this list should be aware of as it could
have real implications on the future of OpenID Connect Token Bound
Authentication
<https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-token-bound-authentication-1_0.html>.
I don't want to jump too much to hyperbole here but if Chrome does drop
support for token binding, it casts the future viability and adoption of
the standards and those that depend on them into serious doubt.
