[OpenID-specs-EAP] Can't join today's EAP call

Let's go ahead and cancel today's call then and plan on the call on June 7.

In the meantime, I'd ask/remind folks to review the two pull requests I
have out against OpenID Connect Token Bound Authentication:

Adjust the metadata to indicate supported confirmation method hash
algorithms for Token Binding of ID Tokens

be explicit that the base64url encoding of the tbh value doesn't include
any trailing pad characters '=' or any line breaks, whitespace, etc.
