[OpenID-specs-EAP] Unable to join the call today

I've got a conflict and wont be able to make the EAP call today. I don't
have the ability to start the call anyway so my presence or lack thereof is
likely inconsequential. With many folks at IIW and Mike still back east, I
don't know that there will be a call today.
