Approve the Charter

              John pointed out that we should be aware of the new NIST SP 800-63 work on vectors of trust
              This pertains to how we map authentication contexts
              John moved that we approve the charter
              Brian asked why "security and privacy" are in the charter text
              John replied that those are there so that we're mindful of them
              Mike said that we will need to pay attention to the privacy consideration sections in the Token Binding documents
              The charter was unanimously adopted

Select Officers
              We need to select chair(s) and possibly a secretary
              Mike volunteered to co-chair and take notes
              John volunteered Brian to co-chair.  Brian agreed.
              The working group unanimously approved Mike Jones and Brian Campbell as co-chairs

Receive Working Group Documents
              Mike described the two initial document submissions
                           Token Bound Authentication
                           EAP ACR Values
              They are available from the working group page at http://openid.net/wg/eap/
              Mike said these are both intended as starting points and subject to change
              John and Brian spoke up in favor of adoption
              They were unanimously adopted

Scheduling Working Group Calls
              We will have calls every other Thursday immediately following the OpenID Connect calls
              The calls will be at 8am Pacific Time
              The initial call will be Thursday, September 15th
