[OpenID-specs-EAP] Has this WG inaugurated?

Just got my IPR done:)

We should have a phone meeting and adopt the charter before doing much more work.  

We don’t want Tony calling process on us.  

We can have a in person meeting at IIW, but there is no need to wait for an in person meeting to adopt the charter, and elect some chairs.

I don’t think there is anything controversial, but the WG needs to adopt it’s charter.
