[OpenID-specs-EAP] Has this WG inaugurated?

I’m willing to be a chair.  I propose that we have the inaugural working group meeting at the pre-IIW workshop at VMWare on October 24th.

While there are bunch of emails and even a proposal to adopt a document, I see no record of the inauguration meeting which shall adopt the charter and select the officers. It simply appears as if this group has not started yet after almost 8 months its approval.

Who is taking the lead on the process? Who is the proposed chair?

I think the scope of this group is quite important and we should not let it go like this but properly start the group.
