Having received no objections, these specifications are now posted as OpenID draft specifications at these locations:
* http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-token-bound-authentication-1_0-00.html (initial version)
* http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-token-bound-authentication-1_0.html (will be updated to always point to current version)
* http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-eap-acr-values-1_0-00.html (initial version)
* http://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-eap-acr-values-1_0.html (will be updated to always point to current version)
The specifications are referenced from the EAP working group page http://openid.net/wg/eap/ and from the general OpenID Specifications page http://openid.net/developers/specs/.
FYI, the next version of the token binding spec will reference the related OAuth work. (The OAuth Token Binding spec already references the OpenID Token Binding spec.)
Working group feedback on both specifications is welcomed!

P.S. I'll also work on an openid.net blog post about the adoption of the initial specifications.

Subject: Proposed adoption of EAP submissions
I sent two submissions to the EAP working group a few weeks ago that are intended to address the two charter items. The submissions are:
* OpenID Connect Token Bound Authentication http://self-issued.info/docs/openid-connect-token-bound-authentication-1_0-00.html
* OpenID Connect EAP ACR Values specification http://self-issued.info/docs/openid-connect-eap-acr-values-1_0-00.html
Like most -00 drafts, these are intended to be starting points to work from, with nothing cast in stone. I fully expect the working group to make changes.
Normally OpenID working groups are given a week to discuss proposed adoptions. Unless people seem to be opposed to adoption by Saturday the 30th, I'll publish these at openid.net/specs/ and on the working group page at http://openid.net/wg/eap/. That will let us being to work from a concrete set of starting points.
