style="color: #000000;"> W3C liaison update from Gail</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">-------------------------------</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Gail (in Chat): We continue W3C liaison discussion. We are exploring both a liaison with WiCG CG Credentials Subgroup and a liaison with (not yet formed) FedID WG. DCP and A/B Connect co-chairs are helping inform recommend scope of those liaisons from our POV, and we will engage our OIDF legal counsel to ensure any OIDF IP is protected in any apporach we take. We are in touch with W3C staff, and await their feedback on current liaison options.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #0451a5;">1.</span><span
style="color: #000000;"> PRs and Issues</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">-----------------------------------------------------</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Kristina: Please review OpenID4VP PRs #126, 123, 119, 115</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Daniel: Re PR #115: Even though Issue #124 is related to PR #115, we can merge the PR first and then solve the issue</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Oliver: Re Issue #62/PR #128: current status is confusion for developers; OpenID spec doesn't match ISO 18013-7; needs update of examples in OpenID spec. </span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Torsten: We could remove the section from OpenID specs; back in the day the sections in the ISO specs didn't exist; people need to refer to ISO docs anyway.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #0451a5;">2.</span><span
style="color: #000000;"> PR 359 request_uri extension</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">-------------------------------</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Torsten introduces <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VP/pull/59">https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VP/pull/59</a></span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">David: Can offer to write privacy considerations for the PR</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Torsten: Ok, please do so</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Oliver: I support the direction proposed in the comment on the PR</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">K: Don't hear strong objections; Torsten is clear to proceed</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #0451a5;">3.</span><span
style="color: #000000;"> Issue #125</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">-------------</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Torsten introduces <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VP/issues/125">https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VP/issues/125</a> and <a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1A10PZ_DviMJeyy2mDFt2QLcXUbT4O2dc_BizNXAD2PQ/edit#heading=h.txx2wxvypaci">https://docs.google.com/document/d/1A10PZ_DviMJeyy2mDFt2QLcXUbT4O2dc_BizNXAD2PQ/edit#heading=h.txx2wxvypaci</a> </span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Torsten: Please comment on the proposal!</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Orie: This is really good. Structures could be more compact (cbor). </span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Torsten: We re-use existing structures here.</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Tim: WebAuthn had too much cbor according to developer feedback; just as a considerations.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">David: What happens if two different wallets need to be addressed?</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Torsten: BrowserAPI assumes only one credential is returned at the moment.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">David: Does this support issuance?</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Tim: Not off the table yet, but also not in scope for the current proposal.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Mike: We should first present this at WICG to see if there is appetite for this.</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Torsten: I want consensus in our group first; then we can present it to WICG.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Tom: What about offline scenarios?</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Torsten/Tim: This is not in scope for the Browser API.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #0451a5;">4.</span><span
style="color: #000000;"> Presentation Exchange Exchange</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">---------------------------------</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">Kristina introduces Tobias' Issue #112</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">K: Do we need a separate issue for Tobias' proposal?</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Mike: Let's talk about the alternative proposal in one of the european calls (20/30 minutes). I want to do that before talking about strategy.</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Mike: There were questions about IPR, but Oliver did contribute this document to the group.</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Torsten: We should not adopt this as a WG item to not preclude a decision.</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Tim: Be aware of who will not be able to participate if this gets adopted at OpenID.</span></div>
<div><span style="color: #000000;">K: Will present this on the next atlantic call.</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Pedro: We cannot be bound to a specific query language.</span></div><div><span
style="color: #000000;">Torsten: I don't think we should make this pluggable, that would decrease interoperability.</span></div></div>
