    - Lee Campbell: why OID4 VP/VC contain format specific information, rather than pushing it to the formats themselves? It is insufficient to push all the small format additions;
    - Oliver Terbu: OIDF cannot have an IANA registry;
    - There is no WG agreement on the spec goal to be format aware or agnostic;
        - If there is a vote for such goal definition, what time should it be? 1.1 or 2.0?
    - WG on call leaned towards closing the PR in the current state of the spec
