[Openid-dcp] Minutes from June 17 2026 DCP APAC call

   - Events
      - Pre-DICE hybrid meeting on June 22 will happen as planned, but
      chairs need to coordinate who will chair.
      - GDC: There may be some relevant sessions, but nothing planned by
      the WG itself.
   - Conformance tests: if you have an mdoc implementation, please test it.
   - Joint work with ISO
      - The new WG in OIDF is being set up.
      - The charter is now available:

   - Server-to-server issuance
      - There is now a draft PR containing the first draft of the
      server-to-server issuance flow:

   - Interactive Authorization
      - PR to rebuild on top of FiPA needs a few more reviews:

   - VP 1.1
      - Issues are either assigned or are waiting for other groups to make
      decisions.
   - VCI 1.1
      - Paul will start a new PR to complement

      - IAE PRs will wait until the rebuilding on FiPA is complete. Then
      they can be reevaluated.
   - Credential metadata versions and updates
      - Should we do this in 1.1 as well?
      - The main thing in 1.1 is Interactive Authorization
      - Depends on the timelines for 1.1 and 1.2. Maybe 1.1 ASAP and then
      1.2 including metadata versions and server-to-server by the end of the
      year? Chairs need to make a decision on timelines and roadmap.
