[Openid-dcp] DCP WG Apac call agenda

Hi all

Unfortunately we didn’t hit quorum due to some members being at ISO WG so there are no notes. We did some unofficial chat between the members present and talked a bit about the joint group work and also came up with some thoughts on https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VCI/issues/689 - we’ll revisit these on an official call to get consensus.
