[Openid-dcp] WGLC responses needed for JOSE HPKE

The working group last call for the JOSE HPKE specification ends on Wednesday, February 11th.  We need more participation in the WGLC for the spec to progress to publication.

Please reply-all to the thread "WGLC: draft-ietf-jose-hpke-encrypt-15 (Ends 2026-02-11)" on the JOSE mailing list either indicating your support for publishing the specification as-is or saying what you believe needs to be done to it first.  Your voices matter.
