In-person ISO Interop event November 16th-18th
OIDF runs before on November 6th and 12th and results will be shared with ISO WG
Separate slack channel will be setup

'pure' HPKE container approach using new response_mode

No objections in WG to go with `.hpke` suffix (similar to `.jwt`)
Christian mentions it could be interesting to join IETF JOSE WG call next Wednesday which will discuss jose-hpke. Since the idea currently is to enable use of hpke via a new response_mode, but with a fairly strictly pre-configured construction (choice of parameters etc.) to allow use of HPKE without having to wait for the jose-hpke draft, it might be good to communicate the WG's requirements.
