[Openid-dcp] Today's DCP WG call will be one hour earlier than usual in Europe etc

Hi all

Note that for those outside USA, today’s call will be one hour earlier than usual (due to USA daylight saving time ending)

It’ll be at 8PM CET  / 7PM London. For those of you in Europe, it'll switch back to the normal time next week.
