HAIP PRs

Add note about the revocation mechanisms in the second edition of 18013-5

Multiple status/revocation mechanisms available for mdoc.
Discussion on whether to mandate the use of (one of) these.

Two options described in the PR. Most participants seem to lean towards not adding text requiring the use of a status mechanism and lean on the base specifications.

Require use of (most of) FAPI2 with VCI

Discussion on Paul's suggestion to name the items in FAPI to comply with (link to sections) instead of referencing a whole document.
Joseph, Daniel, Torsten, Lukasz seem would like to avoid referencing individual items, but rather rely on referencing the whole document and where necessary exclude items.

Kristina and Paul to work on improving the text.

We aim to start WGLC after this WG call.

The plan is to spend the majority of time on merging HAIP PRs; any extra approvals on those greatly appreciated.
