HAIP Issues
intent_to_retain (https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VC-HAIP/issues/233)

• Kristina: restrict mandatory to implement to mDL (as 18013 is mDL specific)
• Martijn argues that 18013-7 is not mDL specific
• Brian does not support making it mandatory to implement
• Torsten: The benefit of the parameter is unclear. privacy wise, in the EU much more information must be given to users
• Martjin: Let's try to improve the definition
• Lee: let’s discuss in ISO WG
• PR to make it optional (Kristina)
