[Openid-dcp] OpenID4VP: definition of Credential Format

Dear All,

In OpenID4VP, the definition of "Credential Format Identifier" makes use 
of the term "Credential Format", although the latter is not formally 
defined. There is a definition in OpenID4VCI, and perhaps it is implied 
that OpenID4VP reuses it, but that is not stated.

Perhaps this is not an issue at all: for example, from the 
"Cryptographic Holder Binding" definition, it is understood and is meant 
by a Credential Format.

Any thoughts would be appreciated.
