[Openid-dcp] Please vote in the EAP ACR Values spec poll

The EAP ACR Values spec<https://openid.net/specs/openid-connect-eap-acr-values-1_0-03.html> defines ACR values for phishing-resistant authentication and a proof-of-possession AMR method.  The vote for it to become final is happening at https://openid.net/foundation/members/polls/358.  This will be the first final spec published with the new OIDF publication tooling<https://github.com/openid/publication/blob/main/README.md>, assuming that the vote is successful.

Why is this relevant to DCP?  Because it would be good to debug the publication tooling with this spec before we need to use it to publish the final OpenID4VP spec in a few weeks.

So please consider voting.  Abstaining is fine.
