      1. on the wg call on 24th June, wg will make a formal decision
      whether to use -29 as the version of OpenID4VP that goes to vote, without
      resetting the review period
      2. on the wg call on 24th June, the voting for OpenID4VP Final 1.0
      will start (using -29, conditional to the wg agreement on 1.)
