[Openid-dcp] Request for feedback on breaking change - removing 'format' variant of RAR request

Hi all

Just a heads up to the wider working group that we’re looking to remove one of the options used in authorization_details when using RAR with VCI. From the feedback we’ve had so far the credential_configuration_id works just as well for everyone so this is a good simplification to the specification, but if anyone disagrees please reply here or on the PR as soon as possible (or if you agree, extra approvals are appreciated!):
