Kristina explained OpenID4VP publication timeline

• 10.6: Voting announcement (conditional WG decision on -29) by the co-chairs
• 24.6
    • Public has started on draft -27
    • Changes were applied based on the review feedback, so we cut -28 and -29
    • Decision to base the voting on draft -29
    • start voting period (14 days)
• 8.7 Voting finishes, OpenID4VP is published

    • signed issuer metadata - not mandatory to implement in VCI
• Issue 461
    • Clarification: it’s not about protection but use of access tokens as session identifiers to be able to efficiently manage large numbers of nonces in shards
