[Openid-dcp] Notice for Consensus Decision at 24th June 2025 DCP WG call on moving new revision of VP into public review & foundation wide voting for final

As discussed on today’s WG call, as per table 2 in the OIDF process document, https://openid.net/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/OIDF_Process-Document_Final_2024-10-19.pdf, we have a core decision to make of 'recommend a Work Group Draft as (…) a Final Specification” - specifically we need to agree that the -29 revision of OID4VP (which should be published after today’s WG call) will become the version that is voted upon in the foundation wide vote, to become final, (rather than the -28 that’s currently in public review) and that we won’t reset the 60 day public review period.

This will be a consensus decision made at the normal 24th June 2025 DCP WG call, at 20:00 London time. This is a formal 14 day notice that we will make that decision at that meeting. As allowed by the process document, this notice period will run in parallel with the public review period for -29. The foundation wide vote won’t start until after this working group decision (but a voting announcement will go out today, as per discussion on today’s WG call).
