[Openid-dcp] Shorter mailing list subject prefix

Hi all

By popular demand (and as discussed on the WG calls this week) the subject prefix used for the DCP mailing list has (hopefully, let’s see what happens with this email :) ) now being shortened to ‘Openid-dcp'.
