[Openid-specs-digital-credentials-protocols] Update on WGLC for OID4VP

Hi all

Just a small update on the working group last call (WGLC):

Many of you will have noticed there’s been a lot of last minute feedback & activity since we started WGLC. The chairs’ current plan is to try and merge the remaining normative PRs at the Tuesday call, then start a short (2 day[*]) second working group last call - assuming every looks good we’d then expect the public review to start on Thursday, and that still puts us on track to have final published by end of June.

[*] The technicalities of how a 2 day call for a decision works within the process defined in the OIDF process document I apparently struggle to explain to people without them ending up feeling like they want to kill me. So I’m stating it like this even though it’s technically not correct, if anyone really wants the complicated technically correct explanation let me know.
