[Openid-specs-digital-credentials-protocols] Referencing ISO 18013-7 in OpenID4VP is problematic

Hi DCP Working Group,

I want to make the DCP Working group and mailing list aware of an issue
I've opened in the OpenID4VP repository, which in my opinion is important
to resolve before 1.0 is published.

The issue in question is: https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VP/issues/519
And the gist is that I think it's really problematic to publish OpenID4VP
1.0 that references ISO 18013-7.
