Notes from today's call:

*Conformance Tests*

- Kristina reports on the conformance tests for VP
- People/groups are starting to create their own tests, please point 
them to the official conformance tests

*2025 Budget and Plans*

- Kristina presents the current budget
- pre-OSW hybrid meeting is going to happen, invitations early 2025
- test event is planned
- plenty of pre-/post-events: IIW/DICE/EIC

*VCI I-D has been started*

- reduced time window to two days — no objections in the call
- The relevant dates are:
     - Implementer's Draft public review period: Friday, December 20, 
2024 to Sunday, February 2, 2025 (45 days)
     - Implementer's Draft vote announcement: Monday, January 20, 2025
     - Implementer's Draft early voting opens: Monday, January 27, 2025
     - Implementer's Draft official voting period: Monday, February 3 to 
Tuesday, February 10, 2025
