[Openid-specs-digital-credentials-protocols] EU letter to OpenID Foundation

Dear WG members

As discussed on recent WG calls, attached is the letter that OpenID Foundation received from the European Commission with various questions / asks of the DCP working group. The chairs plan to organise an initial meeting with the EC to discuss possible ways to collaborate before bringing suggestions to the working group.
