[Openid-specs-digital-credentials-protocols] California DMV brief on Hackathons 10/1 and 11/1

Attached is the brief shared by Lucy and I at the DCP WG meeting last week, wearing our respective California DMV contractor “hats.”

Interested Relying Parties may apply for the public event (open to general public) on October 1st, and government inside and outside US can apply for the government event on 11/1.

This is a “preview” of the information for the DCP WG, and it was previously shared in a W3C CCG meeting, and 121 with select partners with known interest. A public announcement will come as early as later this week, and the application portal will open at that time. We will send an update with the web address when it is available for applications.

Specific questions can also be sent to the CA DMV email in the PDF attached, to ensure timely responses.
