[Openid-specs-digital-credentials-protocols] Proposal to delay VP ID3

Hi all

As mentioned on today’s workshop, we feel it might be better to delay VP3 until the browser API MR ( https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VP/pull/155 ) has been merged, and potentially also the outcome of the query language discussion ( https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VP/issues/144 ).


As a reminder the items the working group were already targeting for ID3 are here:
