[Openid-specs-digital-credentials-protocols] Proposed removal of deferred authorization / authorization_pending error

Hi all

Due to this issue https://github.com/openid/OpenID4VCI/issues/60 and the fact that all use cases we’re aware of can be satisfied by using deferred issuance instead it was proposed in today’s DCP WG meeting to remove authorization_pending.

If anyone has implemented it and/or has a use case that requires it please let us know within 1 week.
