Issue Title: outdated reference/link in normative references

Section 10 contains the outdated reference 'I-D.terbu-sd-jwt-vc', even though 'I-D.ietf-oauth-sd-jwt-vc' is already included in the list. The old reference is also referenced in the document in section 4.3.1.
