I've got a doctor's appointment partially conflicting with the DCP call so,
at best, will be intermittently participating . I'll share my current
opinion on #266 here in case I'm unable to on the call. I do agree it is a
problem that should be addressed. I support the proposed solution 1.3 "Use
arrays as pointers."

It also seems worthwhile to consider allowing for something along the lines
of option 3.  And have SD-JWT VC Type Metadata also use an arrays as
pointers approach.
