[Specs-cx] Artifact Binding 1.0 draft05

Hi.

As you may be aware already, after the feedback of the last IIW,
we have span out a portion of CX spec to Artifact Binding, as that
portion was deemed useful
even without Contract.

The draft is nearly done right now.

You may want to have a look at it.
