[Specs-cx] Draft of CX updated

Hi experts,

I have provided the draft ( of the formal draft ? ) of Contract
Exchange at Bitbucket wiki.

I'm happy if you can share your time to read and comment on it.

This draft has been dramatically changed from the last one in the followings:

1. JSON is now main data structure
2. Magic Envelope for digital signature.
3. JSON Encryption Envelope for message encryption.
4. Multi party binding in default.
5. Adjust for Artifact Binding improvement
6. OAuth considerations

I'm preparing XML and HTML version of the spec based on wiki.
