[Specs-cx] Short description on CX

It is practically anything. As long as you can write the contract in
text, you can use CX.

Since I am typing this on my iPhone, I am not going to elaborate much,
but for example, JAL is using it to make a contract between the end
user and the hotel to reserve a hotel room. For it, the hotel site
creates a digitally signed offer of a room at certain price and
condition and asks the end user to release bunch of personal
information for the use. When the user agrees, it will be counter
signed and returned.
