<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:11.0pt">To make the new WG public announcement, we need the materials ready to direct interested parties on what the WG is about and how to participate. That means blog post copy, tweet copy, website copy, dates for
regular cadence of meetings, email list set-up. You might also want working documentation channels underway too (e.g. GitHub, slack informal channel) to be set-up. Of course, as George said, participants will also need to make sure their contribution agreements
are updated to cover the new WG. <o:p></o:p></span></p>
