Hi Specs Council,



Would you please review the attached charter that the eKYC & IDA Working
Group would like to propose.  Having delivered the three Final specs that
cover Identity Assurance there is a bit of a change of focus and we have
tried to reflect that in the updated charter. Let us know if there are any
concerns with what we propose.
