[OIDFSC] Specs council status and work - POSSIBLE CALL TODAY

I would have gotten on the call if I had known it was going to happen. It was proposed, but not confirmed as it did not seem that anyone was responding with a yes.
I don't agree that the Connect proposal is ready to be approved. I have been compiling my reasons and will send out shortly.
