[OIDFSC] Specs council status and work - POSSIBLE CALL TODAY

First, unless anyone voices an objection to Breno filling the remaining slot, the specs council now consists of:
                Johnny Bufu
                Dick Hardt
                Mike Jones
                Breno de Medeiros
                David Recordon
                Nat Sakimura
                Allen Tom

Second, I believe that this is the status of existing specification proposals:
                Connect:  Proposed Fri, May 21.  Will be automatically approved on Sat, Jun 5.
                Discovery:  Proposed Fri, May 21.  Will be automatically approved on Sat, Jun 5.
                Core:  Proposed Mon, May 24.  Will be automatically approved on Tue, Jun 8.
                Attributes:  Proposed Tue, May 25.  Will be automatically approved on Wed, Jun 9.

Therefore, if we're going to provide any input to the Connect and Discovery working groups before they're automatically approved after 15 days of inaction on our part, we need to do it today.
