[OIDFSC] AX 2.0 proposal specs council 15 days review period is expiring on Jan 28

Hi Nat,
My understanding is that this proposal is still undergoing some discussion
on the specs at openid.net mailing list.  Is this not the case and does the
proposal on the wiki match the latest consensus?
