[OIDFSC] Fwd: FW: Proposal to create the OpenID OAuth Hybrid Working Group

The vote on this working group passed and results were automatically
sent out to all Foundation members.  I have it on my list for this
weekend to get the mailing list setup and instructions on joining
(which includes the Contribution Agreement).
