Unfortunately, OpenID is not one of the relevant standard.

In addition, I do not know what is

• OASIS OAuth
It must be something else than IETF spec :-)

I addition, I do have an objection for the use of hash(IMEI || SIM_no)
where || is a concatenation operator for privacy and security reasons, but
I will save that for the comments to OASIS.

This is a profile for Mobile Cloud Identity. It lists the use cases,
challenges and applicable standards for Mobile Identity.

Public Review Period:

The public review starts 13 June 2013 at 00:00 GMT and ends 13 July 2013 at
23:59 GMT.

This is an open invitation to comment. OASIS solicits feedback from
potential users, developers and others, whether OASIS members or not, for
the sake of improving the interoperability and quality of its technical
work.
