[Openid-specs-ab] Discovery with JRD?

Microsoft also has some discovery thing they were proposing I think.
We should look at the options. If we are not using XRD then I don't know that from a compatibility point of view we are committed to a JSON format.
A strait translation of XRD to JSON in a lossless way probably is not what the JSON people are looking for.
Defining a JSON equivalent to XRD may be the best thing, but we should consider the options.
