It would be nice to have a draft contributed to the WG as a starting point.
Are you in a position to do that with the version on openidconnect.com?
We would all like to contribute to the next draft.
I don't want to slow the process but it seems to have been dormant for a while.
Having revisions for IIW and the summit is a good goal.
For AB we have been iterating about a draft a week for the last several months getting ready for IIW.
That includes revisions to signing and encryption.
I look forward to seeing your changes.
