Since you're starting to write the draft, would it be helpful to share
a skeleton in this list? The earlier we have community input, the more
we can be confident that a draft will require only agreement on
specific points that can be ironed out in a meeting or two.

Also, we still need to elect the chair for this work, as John mentioned.
