[Openid-specs-ax] AX1.1

Though the WG was made, there has not been much activities here.

Now that related WG is starting, we should relatively quickly finish off the
work.

I have updated the draft that was sitting there for four month slightly, to
include shorthand names.

It is at http://bitbucket.org/openid/ax/src

By the way, having been working on this for sometime, I feel that I can
drastically simplify what AX1.0 has been trying to do. I will come up with a
set of drafts how it could be done in coming days. That probably would not
fall into AX1.1 WG scope, but should be useful to discuss.
